Legacy: Bernie was born in Philadelphia to Louis and Rose Miller. He was survived by his  younger brother Jules who passed away in 2008 and his mother Rose who passed in 1998.

He is survived by his wife Norma Miller and his sons Don Miller and Rick Miller spouse Lorie (Cressman) Miller and 3 grandchildren Tara, Kevin and Mollie. Bernie’s family moved to Lebanon, Pa where he spent several years before moving back to Philadelphia. He was an Auctioneer along with his Brother Jules, and eventually he opened his own business selling General Merchandise. He was a 32nd. Degree Mason and a Shriner. He enjoyed reading, going out to dinner with his many friends and spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed kidding around with everyone, telling jokes and loved to spend time with his family.
