Jose’ Felipe Quinones Jr. was born in Bronx, N.Y. on January 1, 1952. He was the 1st son of Mrs. Enriqueta Quinones and the Late Bishop Felipe Quinones Sr.

Jose’ received his basic education in the Public Schools of Miami, Florida at early age he attended Bethune Elementary, Brownsville Jr. High School and Miami Jackson Sr. High School.

On November 3, 1989 at 6:15 A.M. at Jackson Memorial Hospital, The Lord come to Room 1241 and called Jose’ F. Quinones and said ” You have served your time on this earth.”
